Access to this Lab is provided through the University of York. The Community Carbon Monoxide and Ozone Calibration (COZI) Laboratory operates instruments that measure ozone, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen oxides. These instruments are calibrated to international scales, meeting Global Atmospheric Watch (GAW) data quality objectives. Users are invited to run, test and calibrate their new and old atmospheric instruments in our comprehensive setup. COZI is situated in the Wolfson Atmospheric Chemistry Laboratory (WACL) at the University of York.

Access to this Lab is provided through the University of Leeds. It provides facilities for the calibration of spectral radiometers used for actinic flux and photolysis rate measurements. It makes use of a NIST-traceable spectral irradiance standard (OL-FEL-A, 1 kW, calibrated between 250 – 750 nm) and stabilised current source (OL 83A).

Access to this Lab is provided through the University of Surrey. The EnFlo wind tunnel […]

Access to this Lab is provided through the University of Surrey. The EnFlo wind tunnel allows the simulation of a wide range of atmospheric boundary layer conditions at a laboratory scale for the study of flow and dispersion processes. It is the only wind tunnel in the UK, and one of a few worldwide, that has been designed specifically for this purpose. It has a working section that is 20 m long, 1.5 m high and 3.5 m wide.
